Collection Division
UMUT’s research collections are stored with 17 departments in the Collection Division under the three major research disciplines of earth sciences, biological sciences, and cultural history. Each department is headed by representatives of the university’s graduate schools and institutes, who deal with related research materials. UMUT thus maintains close collaboration with the faculty members and their institutions to develop interdisciplinary studies as well as ensure the storage of the university’s scientific specimens.
