Entry Procedure

The main museum of UMUT will reopen to the public from December 16, 2021.
For the time being, the museum will be open only on Thursdays and Fridays, and advance reservations are required.

In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in the following matters.


1. If you wish to visit the exhibition, please make a reservation for your desired slot through the reservation website. 
  Reservations can be made for the following time slots on open days. You can see both the permanent exhibition and the special exhibition with one reservation.
  For the time being, the museum will be open only on Thursdays and Fridays. The museum will not be open on these days if they fall on holidays. In addition, the museum may be closed due to the status of coronavirus infection.
  Even if you are bringing a family member or friend, please make a reservation for each person so that we can keep track of the number of people.
 
Slot 1 10:00 (Meeting time) - 11:30 Special Exhibition, Permanent Exhibition
Slot 2 12:00 (Meeting time) - 13:30 Special Exhibition, Permanent Exhibition
*12:30(Meeting Time)-14:00 on and after February 3, 2022
Slot 3 14:30 (Meeting time) - 16:00 Special Exhibition, Permanent Exhibition
*15:00(Meeting Time)-16:30 on and after February 3, 2022
  The maximum number of visitors per slot is 15. (10 visitors for slot 3 on January 28)
2. Please refrain from coming if you have any of the following;
Have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher.
Have cold-like symptoms such as cough, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, etc.
3. Please come to the front entrance of the museum on the reserved date and time.
4. Please show the screen of your reservation receipt email to the museum staff.
5. When entering the museum, please wear a mask, follow cough etiquette, and disinfect your hands.
6. Please follow the designated route in the museum.
7. Viewing is limited to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
8. Please keep a distance of at least 2 meters from other visitors in the museum.
9. Please do not touch the exhibits, display cases, and walls.
10. Please contact the museum office if you wish to enter the museum for a lecture or seminar.
